For more serious behaviour problems with children
Level 4 Individual Triple P provides personalised support if you are facing more serious concerns about your child’s behaviour. Whether it's disobedience, fighting, struggles with bedtime and meals, or any other ongoing behavioural issue that feels serious for your family, we're here to help. After a thorough family assessment, you’ll work with a trained Triple P practitioner to identify underlying causes of issues, set goals, practise specific parenting skills and learn ways to maintain positive changes.
For more serious behaviour problems with teenagers
Level 4 Individual Teen Triple P offers personalised support if you have more serious concerns about your teen's behaviour. After a thorough family assessment, you'll work with a trained Triple P practitioner to set your own goals, learn ways to encourage positive behaviour, help your teen develop new skills like problem-solving, conflict resolution and self-regulation, and maintain positive changes.
Learn more about children’s anxiety
When it comes to building resilience in children and addressing anxiety, it can be comforting to know that other families go through similar experiences. This seminar is ideal if you are mildly concerned about anxiety or curious about Triple P's Fear-Less programme. You will join anywhere from 20 to over a hundred parents and receive an easy-to-understand overview of what anxiety is and what causes it, as well as a handy tip sheet with practical strategies you can use at home.
If your child is frequently anxious
It's normal for kids to feel worried or anxious at times, but if it's happening a lot, extra support can help. This programme can be spread out over a few weeks or done in one day. It's suitable if you're dealing with bigger concerns and if you want to learn how to boost your child’s emotional resilience and coping skills. You'll better understand how anxiety works and what you can do to make positive changes.
If your child is frequently anxious
If you would like to build your child's resilience and help develop their coping skills, and prefer individual support, Fear-Less Triple P is also available as individual sessions. You'll cover all the same material as you would in our group sessions or workshops, but you'll do the sessions individually (or as a couple). The times of the sessions can be worked out to suit you and your provider, to make it easier for everyone.
For more serious family problems
This programme offers personalised consultations to help families deal with family issues such as mood swings and partner conflicts, which are making parenting difficult. To join, parents must have completed a Group or Standard Triple P programme, where they learn positive parenting and child management skills, and be referred to this programme by their Triple P practitioner or provider. The programme is designed to help parents manage stress and make positive changes in their parenting approach. It also offers guidance on how to maintain these positive changes over time.
Keeping families together
Pathways is an intensive intervention programme designed for parents who struggle with regulating their emotions and are at risk of harming their children, either physically or emotionally. To join, parents need to have completed a Group or Standard Triple P programme, where they learn positive parenting and child management skills, and will be referred to this programme by their Triple P practitioner or provider. The programme can be completed in a group or individually, and offers support to help parents learn new parenting approaches and techniques for managing anger.
Helping families through separation or divorce
Dealing with separation or divorce can be challenging for both parents and kids. This programme helps parents who are feeling stressed or angry, dealing with conflict, and need extra support to handle the changes. It focuses on teaching skills to resolve conflicts with former partners, improve co-parenting, cope more positively with stress and to minimise negative impacts on children.
Keeping kids healthy and active
Looking to help your child be happy, healthy, and active? In relaxed and fun sessions with other parents, your Lifestyle Triple P provider will share ideas to encourage the active behaviour and eating habits you'd like to see more of. You'll watch videos, join group discussions, and practise handling tricky situations. Plus, you'll receive a workbook to keep track of your new plans and strategies, as well as follow-up telephone consultations for advice and encouragement. It's a great way to make positive changes as a family!
Helping families cope and adjust in challenging times
Natural disasters, such as wildfires, earthquakes and floods can be stressful and emotionally draining for parents and children. By attending a Disaster Recovery Triple P Seminar, you can learn more about common social and emotional reactions of children following a disaster, as well as how to answer their questions and support their resilience and wellbeing. Find out how to avoid common 'parent traps' and get strategies that can help your family to cope and adjust in challenging times.
